Coaching & Consulting
On your individual development path, we combine my extensive experience in industry and my professional expertise with the use of classical methods and the impactful approaches of nature coaching. In nature we can create distance a from the everyday processes. Working with nature, with horses, bees, and sheep, we find new approaches to familiar challenges. Horses recognise us emotionally and immediately reflect our insecurities: they show us how to be very clear in our actions. Bees have always functioned perfectly as a single organisation, yet they constantly adapt to changing conditions: they show us how to combine stability with dynamism. Sheep act at lightning speed and in constant connection with each other: they show us how this is made possible through mindfulness and a sense of unity.

I am Dr Ines Reuter
Your expert in natural change in life, science, and transformation
Hello, I’m Dr Ines Reuter. Your expert for life, science, and transformation. After completing my PhD in Biology, I worked in various positions in the pharmaceutical industry, gaining a high level of expertise in the field of medicine and rare diseases. Through contact with doctors and patients, in teams as a manager and in-house coach, and through qualified training, I have found my purpose in coaching. As a passionate biologist, outdoor enthusiast, and horse lover, I have discovered nature coaching to be a uniquely impactful approach.
As part of a team for rare diseases at Roche, especially set up to explore new approaches, I was able to personally experience and shape all phases of transformation and agility. Personal responsibility replaced traditional hierarchies and structures. Clear direction and common goals meant processes could be continuously optimised, everyone was able to contribute their valuable resources and truly work together. Self-organised, healthy, functioning teams acted with freedom, personal responsibility, and a mindset of collective wisdom. The path was challenging, but it enabled sustainable innovation, economic success and released immense energy.
The ICF certified coaching training with Silvia Richter-Kaupp and Frédéric Laloux (“Reinventing Organisations”) changed my life and taught me a lot:
To leave my comfort zone. Accepting complexity and effort. Questioning myself. The desire for growth. Rejecting “right” or “wrong”, blanket solutions that apply to everything. To truly connect with myself and others.
That’s why I want to use all my power to guide people on their individual journeys towards transformation, and to make my personal contribution to a better world by helping individuals, teams and organisations grow beyond themselves.
