Personal responsibility replaced traditional hierarchies and structures. Clear direction and common goals meant processes could be continuously optimised, everyone was able to contribute their valuable resources and truly work together. Self-organised, healthy, functioning teams acted with freedom, personal responsibility, and a mindset of collective wisdom. The path was challenging, but it enabled sustainable innovation, economic success and released immense energy.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The ICF certified coaching training with Silvia Richter-Kaupp and Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Laloux (\u201cReinventing Organisations\u201d) changed my life and taught me a lot:<\/p>\n<p>To leave my comfort zone. Accepting complexity and effort. Questioning myself. The desire for growth. Rejecting \u201cright\u201d or \u201cwrong\u201d, blanket solutions that apply to everything.
